Do you have what it takes?

Managers are responsible for building and leading a talented team of hourly team members to deliver a memorable guest experience, serve the community and grow sales and profitability. It's a challenging job with countless rewards.

Our ideal candidate will also have :
  • 2 - 5 years management experience
  • A degree in Hospitality, Business, or Hotel/Restaurant Management or other related field is preferred
  • Management experience in a quick-service, casual or family dining restaurant preferred
  • Serve Safe Food Certification a plus

Requirements:
  • Driving sales and profitability through operational excellence
  • Problem solving and decision making
  • Local store marketing and innovation
  • Attracting, developing and retaining top talent to build high performing teams
  • Leading a team to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Excellence in Customer Service
  • Flexibility around work hours
  • Experience with restaurant P&L, food and labor cost, and kitchen preparation is a plus
  • Managing employee relations
